 Tax Credits

Tax Credits Available

Build This Town has $275,000 worth of tax credits available to donors. Interested donors should contact CCUA’s Development Manager, Rebecca Kerns, via email Rebecca@ColumbiaUrbanAg.org, phone (314) 324-8834, or fill out our online contact form below. Act now! Historically, these tax credits have been used up quickly.

Build This Town is able to offer credits worth up to 50% of your donation through the Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program and the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority on a first-come, first-served basis. These programs have different requirements. Contacting us is the best way to make a huge difference in our community.

Urban Farm Tax Credits are best for donors who wish to give through their personal funds and receive credits off of their personal State of Missouri taxes. This program has a limit of $5,000 in credits per donor per year.

Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) credits are best for donors who pay business taxes to the State of Missouri. This program has a much higher limit on giving, as well as fewer fees so it is usually most beneficial to those with Missouri business income.
